This included strategic PR planning, the production of bilingual (EN/JA) press releases, and deep media outreach in collaboration with Kyodo PR. We also managed a bespoke influencer campaign, handpicking and inviting journalists and design creators to an exclusive panel discussion at the Expo. Our on-ground support featured a 5-person team for photography and video documentation to capture the material’s impact in a real-world architectural context.

Client Objective:
i-Mesh sought to leverage the global stage of Expo 2025 to showcase their creative, light, and modulable materials to the Japanese architectural community. The primary goal was to raise brand awareness among local innovators and designers, highlighting how i-Mesh’s sustainable “geometries of light” are used for both iconic facades and sophisticated interior designs..

RealCRO’s Contribution:
Acting as a bridge between European innovation and the Japanese market, RealCRO and partners managed a media list of over 400 journalists, achieving a remarkable 76.9% download rate for the final press release. We handpicked and contacted 73 influencers, managing the journey from initial contact to on-site attendance for key design figures. Our team ensured that the technical nuances of the material were communicated clearly in both English and Japanese, providing the cultural intelligence necessary for a successful Expo debut.

Results Achieved:
The campaign generated significant media momentum, with 9 confirmed media hits in major outlets such as Gadget News, Tokyo Chips, and Dmenu News, reaching a potential audience of over 106 million monthly page views. The estimated Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) exceeded ¥4.95 million. Influencer engagement provided high-quality brand tagging and social proof within the design community, effectively “making the brand shine” in the competitive Expo environment.
