MULTILINGUAL CREATIVE STUDIO IN JAPAN

Tree House Bonsai, a specialized garden in Ibaraki led by master Adam Jones, partnered with RealCRO to redefine their brand communication for a global audience.

As a multilingual creative studio in Japan, RealCRO managed the creative lifecycle of the garden’s new service brochure, from bilingual copywriting and high-quality photo selection to the design, layout, and final physical delivery.

This collaboration was rooted in a shared vision for the preservation of Japanese craftsmanship, with RealCRO providing strategic support to ensure the garden’s technical mastery was accurately translated for an international market.

Client: Tree House Bonsai

Collaboration date: 2025

Nature of collaboration: Bilingual Brochure Production – Copywriting, Photography, Design & Print

Type of Projects Delivered:

RealCRO provided an end-to-end branding and production solution. This included bilingual (EN/JA) copywriting to articulate the unique value of bonsai, professional photography selection and enhancement, and the bespoke design of the new service brochure. We managed the quality assurance and physical print run, delivering the final 500 brochures directly to the garden in Ibaraki. Additionally, our team conducted on-site team building and strategic consulting to support the garden’s international expansion and operational growth.

Client Objective:

Tree House Bonsai sought to bridge the gap between traditional Japanese mastery and the expectations of international collectors. The objective was to create a premium brochure that treated bonsai as both a traditional art form and a sophisticated “living asset.” They required a partner who understood the technical nuances of the craft and could execute a high-quality physical product for their global networking and sales efforts.

RealCRO’s Contribution:

RealCRO acted as both a creative architect and a strategic advocate. We redesigned the brochure’s visual narrative, using enhanced imagery to highlight the intricate beauty of the trees. Our team invested significant time in Ibaraki for “on-ground” team building and quality assurance to ensure the final product resonated with the brand’s values. By aligning our creative strategies with the garden’s long-term sustainability, we helped create a communication tool that truly reflects the mastery of the craft.

Results Achieved:

The partnership produced a professional, high-end bilingual brochure that has significantly elevated Tree House Bonsai’s international presence. The brochures, delivered directly to Ibaraki, have enabled the brand to engage global collectors with a clear and professional message. This collaboration has fostered a resilient, long-term relationship, ensuring that our creative work is backed by a deep understanding of the garden’s heritage and future goals.

BILINGUAL COPYWRITING & BRAND NARRATIVE

As a multilingual creative studio in Japan, RealCRO crafted a narrative that honors the master’s technique while speaking to the quality expected by international collectors.

We focused on the trans-generational value of the trees, ensuring the bilingual content was both technically accurate for the bonsai community and emotionally compelling for global audience

PHOTO PRODUCTION, SELECTION & ENHANCEMENT

The visual strategy was to capture the entire ecosystem of Tree House Bonsai. RealCRO’s creative team performed professional photo production and enhancement to showcase the texture of the trees, the serenity of the garden, and the human element of Adam’s instruction. By including shots from our own team-building session, we highlighted the tactile, immersive nature of the garden experience.

BESPOKE DESIGN & LAYOUT

We managed the technical design and layout process, creating a clean, premium aesthetic.

The layout was engineered to handle bilingual text seamlessly, balancing educational content with service-oriented calls to action.

The design maintains a sophisticated look that aligns with the garden’s position as a premier destination for bonsai culture in Japan.

PRINT PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS

RealCRO oversaw the final physical production to ensure rigorous quality standards.

We printed 500 copies per language (English and Japanese) in a premium three-fold A5 format.

Our team also arranged the delivery of the final 1,000 brochures to the Tree House Bonsai Garden in Ibaraki, completing the end-to-end service cycle.
