MICE AGENCY IN TOKYO
SITA partnered with RealCRO to design, produce, and manage the inaugural Japan Aviation Tech Forum and Japan Tech Connect in Tokyo.
As a leading global provider of IT and telecommunications services to the air transport industry, SITA required a strategic partner to execute a high-level C-Suite roundtable and a technical implementation workshop.
RealCRO acted as the end-to-end execution arm, ensuring every detail, from venue selection at the JW Marriott to custom-branded Japan-touch giveaways, aligned with SITA’s global standards and local expectations.

Client: SITA
Collaboration date: 2025
Nature of collaboration: Full-scale Event Production & On-site Management

Type of Projects Delivered:
RealCRO, a specialized MICE agency in Tokyo, provided a “plug-and-play” solution for SITA. Our services included venue scouting and negotiation, multilingual event coordination, AV technical management, stage design, and the production of localized branding assets. We managed the entire logistical chain, including the sourcing of high-end personalized giveaways and on-site hospitality management.

Client Objective:
SITA aimed to establish a stronger presence in the Japanese aviation sector by hosting two distinct events: an exclusive C-level forum and a deep-dive technical workshop. The objective was to provide a premium networking environment that facilitated high-level discussions on aviation technology while ensuring seamless operational execution in a newly opened luxury venue.

RealCRO’s Contribution:
RealCRO bridged the gap between SITA’s global brand team and local Japanese requirements. We scouted and secured the JW Marriott Takanawa Gateway, managed a complex inventory of over 20 branded items, and handled all AV requirements including prompters, timers, and specialized booth monitors. Our team also authored housekeeping scripts and provided on-site direction to ensure the two-day program ran with clockwork precision.

Results Achieved:
The dual-event series was a resounding success, hosting key stakeholders from the Japanese aviation industry in a premium setting. By managing everything from technical logistics to “Japan-touch” hospitality, RealCRO allowed SITA’s leadership to focus entirely on client engagement. The event reinforced SITA’s position as a localized technology leader in Japan, supported by high-quality photography and video documentation produced by our team.

STRATEGIC VENUE SCOUTING & LOGISTICS
RealCRO conducted extensive venue research, ultimately recommending the JW Marriott for its strategic location and premium facilities.
We managed the complex logistics of shipping, storage, and setup for demo booths, ensuring all technical requirements,
from dedicated Wi-Fi lines to power voltage, met SITA’s global standards.

CUSTOM BRANDING &
LOCAL PRODUCTION
